The City of Windsor 2025 Operating Budget was approved on February 21, 2025 and the 2025 User Fee By-law was approved on February 24, 2025. Please note that the fees for items ordered through the My Property Tax Portal will be changed effective April 01, 2025 to the following:

Tax Receipt - $35.00
Tax Certificate -$107.35 ($95 + HST)
